Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Ugly Christmas Jumper — not just like it. Every item is made to order and carefully checked before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.
This policy outlines when and how refunds or returns are accepted in line with UK consumer law.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
We’ll issue a replacement or refund if:
- Your jumper arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- Something is missing from your order.
- The personalisation or design differs from the approved preview at checkout.
- There was a production or shipping error on our side.
When Returns or Refunds Cannot Be Accepted
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if:
- You entered incorrect personalisation details (e.g. name, slogan, or size).
- Your request is made after 30 days from delivery.
- The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- The product shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration not related to a production fault.
If you realise there’s an address or order error, contact us immediately at help@weekenderbrands.com and we’ll try to correct it before dispatch.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed — we cover the return shipping cost.
- If you change your mind or entered incorrect personalisation details — you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
In both cases, we’ll provide a clear returns process and label instructions.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Complete our Returns Form within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will confirm next steps by email within 2 working days.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), refunds are processed within 10 working days.
- PayPal refunds: 3–5 working days
- Card refunds: Up to 10 working days depending on your bank
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Replacements
If a replacement is required, we’ll remake and resend your jumper at no cost once your claim is approved. You do not need to return the faulty item unless we ask for it.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because each product is custom-made to order, you have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or correction. After this time, your order enters production and can’t be modified or cancelled.
Note: Making changes may delay production and delivery times.
