At Ugly Christmas Jumper, we work hard to deliver your festive orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Every jumper is made to order and shipped with care from our trusted print partners. Please review our shipping terms below.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

During peak Christmas periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 days.

Transit Times

United Kingdom (Domestic):
Standard Delivery — 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

United States:
International Delivery — 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

Fulfilment Locations

Orders are printed and shipped from fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom or the United States, depending on the delivery address to ensure the fastest turnaround time.

Shipping Costs

  • UK Standard Delivery (orders under £40): £3.95
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £40
  • USA Standard Delivery (orders under $50): $7.00
  • Free USA delivery on orders over $50

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States or other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ugly Christmas Jumper is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees applied by your local authorities.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each jumper is custom-made, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, the order moves into production and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage.

We’ll investigate with the courier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage fees may apply.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet our stated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather or transport strikes
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Peak seasonal volume (especially November–December)

We appreciate your patience and understanding during busy festive periods.
